I use a participative methodology. It draws from the participants’ knowledge, on a practical case basis, using concrete examples from their experiences. Rather than transmitting knowledge, I like to facilitate reflection, self-learning as well as sharing experiences between peers. I am convinced that we learn better by doing, by having fun and quickly putting things into practice. The benefits of collective intelligence methods also enable groups and teams to learn and to improve their dynamics.
